各位同學,
原本只是想轉寄老公一人這篇好資訊，後來乾脆拉出你們大家一起聊聊, 你們大多也退休了嗎? 有時我蠻羡慕楊胖有個地方奔, 本人自六月退休後只忙兩件破事: 玩樂及健身, 自四十年 Thunghai reunion party 後一別又兩年，時間真快, 別忘了打開我 attachment 看我最近跟誰見過面. (去年我夫婦倆去東北看冰雕, photos w/李志翔, 粱義光, 胡德林, 林立人 及最近見到的沈維多及我鄰居王子堅太太) 好! 在此向同學們先拜個中外之早年, 你們何不也如我來封大 link letter with photos too?

Something that we can do to help ourselves - nice to know.Bayer is making crystal aspirin to dissolve instantly on the tongue. They work much faster than the tablets.
Why keep aspirin by your bedside? It's about Heart Attacks: There are other symptoms of an heart attack besides the pain on the left arm. One must alsobe aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating, however these symptoms may also occur less frequently. Note:There may be NO pain in the chest during a heart attack
If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and swallow them with a bit of water.
Afterwards:- call 911- phone a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by- say "heart attack!"- say that you have taken 2 aspirins.- take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for theirarrival and...
- do NOT lie down. A Cardiologist has stated that, if each person, after receiving this e-mail, sends it to 10 people, probably one life can be saved!I have already shared the information- - What about you?
